The Press Office distributes to the media the  Guidelines on Access, Publishing and Providing Information Possessed and Controlled by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the Index of available information controlled by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. With regard to providing information in line with the Guidelines the Press Office will try to meet your request as soon as possible complying with the rules such as:

• not jeopardising current and future investigations,
• non-disclosure of the suspects' identity before the decision of the Court of BiH ordering their custody or confirmation of the indictment, and
• complying with the presumption of innocence before the law until guilt is found by a judgment of the Court.

The Press Office also organises interviews and media announcements as well as participation in radio and TV programmes.
