INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST RADOVAN STANKOVIĆ

04.06.2012. 15:09 Prosecutor of the Section III of the BiH Prosecutor's Office has filed an Indictment against Radovan Stanković aka ‘Rašo’, born on 10 March 1969 in Foča, charged with the criminal offense of Escape of a Detained Person in violation of Article 374 of the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska.

DRAGAN GAJIĆ AND SAMIR ETEMOVIĆ ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

04.06.2012. 14:59 Dragan Gajić and Samir Etemović, the accused persons, have entered into a plea agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense of Organized Crime in violation of Article 250(2) and (4), as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs in violation of Article 195(1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.

TWO ACCUSED PERSONS ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT
