SAVO ŽIVKOVIĆ (1960) DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

18.06.2012. 15:36 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA arrested Savo ŽIVKOVIĆ ,born in 1960 in Magašići, in the area of Bratunac.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EDIN DŽEKO (1972)

15.06.2012. 15:17 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Edin DŽEKO, born on March 14, 1972 in Gacko, permanently residing in Washington State - USA, deprived of liberty in the United States on April 14, 2011 and extradited to judicial authorities of BiH on December 20, 2011, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently in custody. The accused is charged with the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Civilians and War Crimes against Prisoners of War, committed by killings, torture, infliction of serious bodily injuries and inhumane treatment in the municipality of Konjic and Jablanica.

15.06.2012. 15:10 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against S.H. charging him with Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NIHAD BOJADŽIĆ (1962)

15.06.2012. 15:07 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Nihad BOJADŽIĆ, born on June 20, 1962 in Novi Pazar - Republic of Serbia, permanently residing in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, charging him with the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Civilians and War Crimes against Prisoners of War by torture, infliction of serious bodily injuries and inhumane treatment which was committed in Donja Jablanica.

13.06.2012. 15:21 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against HODAJ Špejtim charging him with the criminal offense of Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 218, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN PRIJEDOR MUNICIPALITY
