INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIJO VINCETIĆ (1970)

03.12.2012. 15:06 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mijo VINCETIĆ aka "Mika" - born on May 29, 1970 in Orašje municipality where he resides, a citizen of BiH and Republic of Croatia - charging him with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1of the Criminal Code of BiH.

COURT IN IZRAEL DECIDED TO EXTRADITE ALEKSANDAR CVETKOVIĆ TO BIH JUDICIARY

03.12.2012. 15:02 Acting on the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina for extradition of the suspect Aleksandar CVETKOVIĆ (1968), the Supreme Court of Israel issued a decision approving the extradition to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

29.11.2012. 15:28 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Lidija ZEJNILOVIĆ - born on March 22, 1972 in Karlsruhe, Germany, residing in Brčko, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia - charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyright under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATION OF BODIES OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN FOČA MUNICIPALITY

29.11.2012. 13:21 An exhumation was carried out at the Gradišići site, Foča Municipality, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and incomplete mortal remains of three persons, victims from the past war, were exhumed.

INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DAMIR MERDIĆ (1971)

27.11.2012. 15:09 Prosecutor of the Department III has filed an Indictment against Damir Merdić aka “Dado”, born on 09 November 1971 in Tuzla where he also resides, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, charged with the commission of the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243(1) of the Criminal Code of BiH, all in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in BiH.  

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN BUSOVAČA MUNICIPALITY

27.11.2012. 15:06 At the site of Gologlavice, Busovača Municipality, an exhumation was conducted and mortal remains of one body were found.

EXHUMATION OF A WAR VICTIM WAS CARRIED OUT IN SANSKI MOST MUNICIPALITY

21.11.2012. 15:57 On Tuesday - November 20, 2012 an exhumation was carried out at the location of Kriva cesta in Sanski Most municipality, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. Complete remains of one body were unearthed.
