INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADOVAN BAJOVIĆ (1971)

28.03.2013. 15:29 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Radovan BAJOVIĆ aka "Rašo," charging him with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

28.03.2013. 15:24 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Srdjan ZEKIĆ - born on January 29, 1975 in Sarajevo, permanently residing in Sarajevo and Frankfurt-Germany, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

27.03.2013. 15:30 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, the authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA conducted an extensive operation that included arrests of several people and raids on several locations in several cities. The operation involved several police agencies, and hundreds of police officers. Today's operation is a continuation of the operation codenamed "Panama" that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has carried out intensively for some time now.

27.03.2013. 15:28 The accused persons: Eddy Atir and Samir Ben Attia concluded Agreements on Admission of Guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Products of Dual Use  under Article 193, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 26 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

27.03.2013. 15:23 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment for the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

PURSUANT TO THE PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION, THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH HAS REQUESTED THE OFFICE OF THE WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA TO DELIVER THE LIST OF PERSONS, BiH CITIZENS, FOR WHOM THE SERBIAN AUTHORITIES HAVE ISSUED ARREST WARRA

22.03.2013. 15:36 On March 22, 2013 the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has requested the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia to, pursuant to the Protocol on cooperation in prosecution of perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide signed between the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia, deliver a copy of evidence in the case involving BiH citizen Samir Hondo, born on 29.12.1966. in Konjic, who was arrested on March 20, 2013 at Badovinci - border crossing between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of war crimes in the war camp "Čelebići" located in Konjic municipality.
