INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VEHID SUBOTIĆ (1973)

07.06.2013. 15:02 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Vehid SUBOTIĆ, aka "Geler", born on May 29, 1973 in Kotorsko, a place located in Doboj municipality, residing in Zenica, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

05.06.2013. 15:04 Prosecutor of the Regional Team I of the Special Department for War Crimes within the  Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Kahro VEJZOVIĆ, born on May 23,  1970 in Kladanj municipality where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

CHIEF PROSECUTOR AND ICMP SUPPORT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE REVIEW PROCESS CONCERNING UNIDENTIFIED MORTAL REMAINS KEPT IN REPOSITORY FACILITIES

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY AND IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITIVE MEASURES FOR THE SUSPECTS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE CONTINUANCE OF THE OPERATION "PATRIOT"

04.06.2013. 15:45 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion with the Court of BiH to remand one person into custody, and to impose prohibitive measures on two persons. These individuals were deprived of liberty in the continuance of the operation "Patriot" on June 2, 2013 by authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA.

PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION OF BIH AND CROATIA IN PROSECUTION OF WAR CRIMES PERPETRATORS SIGNED

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST TWO SUSPECTS

31.05.2013. 15:19 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against two persons suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250, Paragraph 1, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MUHIDIN OKIĆ (1974)

31.05.2013. 15:15 Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Muhidin Okić, born on 20 April 1974 in Tešanj Municipality, where he also resides, charging him with the commission of the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243, Paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of BiH.
