AN EXHUMATION OF VICTIMS KILLED DURING THE PAST WAR IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN HADŽIĆI

24.04.2013. 14:55 An exhumation of the remains of those killed during the past war is being carried out at the location of Žunovica in Hadžići municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

23.04.2013. 15:28 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

23.04.2013. 15:19 The accused Emir PURIĆ - born on November 28, 1977 in Travnik where he resides, a citizen of BiH, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH - entered into a plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FIVE PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

23.04.2013. 15:16 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against five persons charging them with the criminal offense of Illicit trade in Excise Products under Article 210a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
