The accused Abdulah Džanko (1984) has
signed a Plea Agreement in the presence of his attorney, thus pleading guilty
to the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, referred to
in the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A prosecutor from
the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of
the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment

Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutors Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, met with the officials of the BH Journalists Association, Borka Rudić, Marko Divković and Fuad Kovačević, who presented a list of data they had collected on journalists, i.e. media workers, a total of 80 of those who were killed during the war in BiH from 1992 to 1995.
