Having received a written copy of the verdict, Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes filed an appeal against the first-instance verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina by which the accused Agan Ramić was acquitted of war crimes committed against the victims of Serb ethnicity in the area of Konjic.
Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office issued an indictment against Benjamin Spahović, born in 1997 in Sarajevo, Jahja Lokmić, born in 1994 in Sarajevo and Anja Zovko, born in 1995 in the Netherlands.

Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against Andrija Bjelošević, born in 1954 in Derventa.
Acting pursuant to the order of the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, SIPA police officers, with the support of the ITA BiH as well as the entity police agencies, carried out operations codenamed "Derby" and "Corset", aimed at suppressing organized crime, connected with illicit trade, production and sale of excise products i.e. cigarettes, tobacco and tobacco products in large quantities.
Prosecutors of the Special Department for War Crimes, after receiving the first-instance judgments, filed appeals against the judgments within the legal deadline.
After interviewing the suspects in the presence of their lawyers, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in charge of the case will send a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order impose custody on all three suspects deprived of their freedom in the operation codenamed “Rez” /Cut/.
An investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes is in the field, at the Gornja Crnča site in Višegrad, where he is coordinating the work of authorised persons taking part in the exhumation on the orders of the prosecutor in charge.
