08.08.2025. 15:08 Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, members of the BiH Border Police conducted searches and detained three persons - N.M.Z.* (1974) and officers of the BiH Border Police S.K.* (1981) and A.M.* (1993), because of the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offence of disclosure of secret data under Article 164 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and for endangering the investigation of serious crimes.
