INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

15.03.2012. 15:41 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Aleksandar Matusijević, born on February 11, 1977 in Sremska Mitrovica, residing in Šid, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN BRATUNAC

14.03.2012. 13:45 The process of exhumation was carried out in Bratunac under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.  Exhumations were carried out at four locations in the municipality of Bratunac on March 13, 2012 resulting with the uncovery of bodies of people killed in the war. The skeletal remains of at least two bodies were uncovered at each site.

13.03.2012. 15:21 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against MARKANOVIĆ Irena, born on July 13, 1973 in Zemun - Republic of Serbia, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia, charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under 243rd Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH" no.63/10).

13.03.2012. 15:18 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed an Indictment against Željko Jukić, who is charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)(h), in conjunction with item (k) of the Criminal Code of BiH, as read with Article 180(1) of the same Code.
