INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST IVAN KOVIĆ FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN ARMS AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT

10.07.2012. 13:03 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ivan KOVIČ, born on November 2, 1959 in Ljubljana - Republic of Slovenia, residing in the municipality of Kranj, a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia, currently in custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NAJDAN MLAĐENOVIĆ AND SAVO ŽIVKOVIĆ

09.07.2012. 14:44 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:
-        Najdan MLAĐENOVIĆ, born on March 11, 1961 in Bratunac, a citizen of BiH, and
-        Savo ŽIVKOVIĆ, born on March 25, 1960 in Bratunac, a citizen of BiH.

09.07.2012. 14:41 Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA arrested 3 persons, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military equipment and Dual Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in the area of Zenica.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILOMIR PAŠALIĆ (1969)

06.07.2012. 13:29 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Milomir PAŠALIĆ - born on August 23, 1969 in Doboj, where he resides, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BABIĆ SAVO (1944)

06.07.2012. 13:27 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the Savo BABIĆ charging him with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 29 and Article 180, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same Code.

05.07.2012. 15:31 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office BiH issued an indictment against Denis Agičić - born on August 23, 1980 in Cazin, where he resides, a citizen of BiH - for Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

TWO ACCUSED PERSONS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS
