19.07.2012. 14:57 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a custody motion with the Court of BiH for 7 persons suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraphs 1 and 3 in conjunction with the criminal offenses of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 and Money Laundering under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH and the criminal offense of Fraud under Article 294 of the Criminal Code of the Federation BiH.

THE ACCUSED MIROSLAV LAZAREVIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

10.07.2012. 13:08 The accused Miroslav LAZAREVIĆ, born on August 1, 1984 in Sarajevo, concluded an agreement on admission of guilt, within the scope of a case vs. several persons who were accused of organized crime related to a large number of car thefts committed in the area of BiH following the completion of an operation codenamed „Kamen“ (stone).
