15.02.2013. 15:36 Prosecutor of Regional Team no.1 of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion for imposure of prohibiting measures for 4 persons suspected of having committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175 and the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of BiH, all in conjunction with Article 180 of the same Code.
