28.02.2013. 15:34 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of a person suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Trafficking in Persons under Article 186 and the criminal offense of International Procuring in Prostitution under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

28.02.2013. 15:31 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Emir PIRALIĆ - born on January 26, 1973 in Bihać where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

-        A.E. (1988), a citizen of France and Algeria, in custody as of December 7, 2012
-        S.B.A. (1989), a citizen of France, in custody, and
