PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH PARTICIPATES IN THE CAMPAIGN TO MARK OCTOBER 18, EU ANTI-TRAFFICKING DAY

16.10.2025. 15:39 As part of the campaign to prevent human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation of foreign workers, a short video on forced labor and the protection of foreign workers was released, which was produced by ICMPD (International Centre for Migration Policy Development) in cooperation with the Network of Anti-Trafficking Coordinators in South-East Europe. 

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN THE CASE OF THE CORRUPTION SECTION

15.10.2025. 14:24 In the case handled by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, police officers from SIPA and the RS Ministry of Interior carried out arrests and searches of suspects within the framework of the case initiated for the corruptive criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefit under Article 217 of the Criminal Code of BiH. 

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 15 PERSONS IN A HIGH-LEVEL ORGANIZED CRIME CASE

A GROUP OF LAW STUDENTS FROM GERMANY VISITS THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

09.10.2025. 15:37 A group of law students from Munich, Federal Republic of Germany, who have completed their studies and are currently in the internship phase, visited the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. The lawyers from Germany visited BiH to get acquainted with the legal system of our country, as well as judicial institutions and their jurisdiction, including the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Court of BiH.  

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALEKSANDAR NIKOLIĆ AND OTHERS IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE FROM SKY AND ANOM APPLICATIONS

08.10.2025. 12:59 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an indictment against Aleksandar Nikolić* aka Saša, born in 1991 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also against the following persons: Adi Nukić*, born in 1990 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Slobodan Radonja* aka Puh, born in 1977 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Vladimir Stevanović*, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina; and Zorica Radonja*, born in 1993 in Pale, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
