AGREEMENT BETWEEN BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE AND BiH BORDER POLICE FOR MORE EFFICIENT AND FASTER DATA EXCHANGE SIGNED
17.12.2025. 12:12The Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, Milanko Kajganić, and the Director of the BiH Border Police, Mirko Kuprešaković, signed an agreement that will enable fast, efficient and precise data exchange in the daily operational work of the two institutions.
The agreement will enable rapid action in a short time and on a daily basis, when these law enforcement agencies need to carry out rapid checks of persons, vehicles, case records and other data.
This cooperation is particularly important in work on cases of cross-border and interstate crime, organized crime, corruption, illegal migration and human trafficking and terrorism, when there is a need for rapid action by law enforcement agencies.
