INDICTMENT ISSUED IN HIGH-LEVEL ORGANIZED CRIME CASE
11.12.2025. 13:011. Elmedin Karišik*, aka “Medo”, born in 1990 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH,
2. Stojan Vasiljević*, born in 2001 in Bijeljina, citizen of BiH,
3. Nenad Jovičić*, aka “Pop”, born in 1987 in Sarajevo, citizen of BiH,
4. Radan Dotlić*, aka “Raša”, born in 1990 in Bihać, citizen of BiH, all in custody.
The accused are charged with acquiring vehicles, technical and other equipment in mid-2025, following the instructions of the organizer of the group - the first accused Karišik, in order to obstruct the work of the judiciary and prevent the prosecution of organized crime cases, after which they monitored the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, his wife, a SIPA officer and a lawyer in the criminal case using GPS devices. They are also charged with physical assault and setting fire to the lawyer’s vehicle, causing material damage and jeopardizing the safety of a large number of citizens.
They are charged with the criminal offences: Association for the purpose of committing criminal offences under Article 249 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice under Article 241 of the CC BiH, the criminal offense of Aggravated Bodily Injury under Article 172 of the CC FBiH and the criminal offense of Provoking General Danger under Article 323 of the CC FBiH.
