In his presentation, he emphasised that the elements of high-tech crime in BiH are most present in cases of international crime related to the smuggling of narcotic drugs, cases of terrorism and terrorist threats, as well as cases that include elements of hate speech in the Internet space and cases of financial crime.

The importance of international cooperation and rapid exchange of evidence was emphasised, because in these cases, due to the absence of borders in cyberspace, international communication and cooperation are most often needed.

The conference of the International Association of Prosecutors - IAP was dedicated to important topics in the field of international prosecutorial cooperation and a large number of prosecutors and representatives of law enforcement institutions from dozens of countries around the world participated in its work.
