COOPERATION BETWEEN PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND SPECIAL PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF SPAIN IN COMBATING INTERNATIONAL DRUG SMUGGLING
30.05.2025. 09:44The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, met and discussed with the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Drugs of Spain, Ms. Rosa Ana Moran Martinez.
The topic for discussion at the meeting was the cooperation of the prosecutor’s offices in the fight against international drug smuggling, especially in cases of drug smuggling from the area of South and Central America.
The meeting parties highlighted the need to establish speedy and direct communication between the prosecutor’s offices in Spain and BiH and efficient exchange of information in the prosecution of organized international criminal groups.
