PROHIBITING MEASURES REQUESTED FOR THE SUSPECTED POLICE OFFICER DEJAN RADOVANOVIĆ

 Following the questioning, the assigned prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to determine prohibiting measures for the suspect Dejan Radovanović, born in 1993 in Trebinje, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, employed as a police officer in the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • PROHIBITING MEASURES REQUESTED FOR THE SUSPECTED POLICE OFFICER DEJAN RADOVANOVIĆ

 Prohibiting measures refer, inter alia, to the confiscation of travel documents, the ban on issuing new passports, as well as the use of identity cards for crossing the state border, ban on performing official duties of a police officer and access to the capacities of the Border Police, as well as a ban on meeting with certain persons.

The suspect is under investigation for corrupt criminal offense and abuse of police powers and records of the Border Police.

The aforementioned prohibiting measures will ensure the smooth implementation and completion of the investigation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with partner agencies and institutions.

The aforementioned police officer of the BiH BP is suspected of the criminal offense of Forging of Official Document under Article 226, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
