CUSTODY MOTION FOR A SUSPECT FOR ORGANISED CRIME AND ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will, within a period provided for by law, send a motion for ordering custody for the suspect who is under investigation in connection with the seizure of large quantities of cigarettes in the value of about BAM 1.3 million.
  • CUSTODY MOTION FOR A SUSPECT FOR ORGANISED CRIME AND ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

These cigarettes were discovered in the vicinity of Tomislavgrad, in a trailer - oil tanker, on 19 July this year.

The suspect will be handed over to the prosecutor working on the case, who will interview the suspect and then send a motion to the Court of BiH to order custody.
