INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BORIS DIMAČ (1973)

22.06.2012. 15:01 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Boris DIMAČ - born on June 28, 1973 in Sarajevo, residing in Kiseljak, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

22.06.2012. 13:01 Prosecutor of Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Armin HRAPOVIĆ, born on June 2, 1959 in Sarajevo, where he resides, BiH citizen, charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH .

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR PREDRAG MILISAVLJEVIĆ

22.06.2012. 12:55 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a custody motion to the Court of BiH for Predrag MILISAVLJEVIĆ, who is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED WITH THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF GENOCIDE WERE DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

22.06.2012. 12:48 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH the police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested the following suspects in the Zvornik area:
-        Ostoja STANIŠIĆ, born on December 2, 1951 in Fojnica, and
-        Marko MILOŠEVIĆ, born on March 30, 1964 in Lupoglav - Kladanj municipality.

20.06.2012. 15:11 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against five persons, charging them with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.

EXHUMATIONS OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WERE CARRIED OUT IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF VLASENICA AND ZVORNIK

20.06.2012. 15:08 Exhumations were carried out in Zvornik and Vlasenica municipalities under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

THE ACCUSED PERSONS ESAD BEGIĆ (1959), MAHO ĆUFUROVIĆ (1953), HUSEIN HODŽIĆ (1953) AND ELVIRA FELIĆ (1979) CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

19.06.2012. 15:16 The accused Esad BEGIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article  383, Paragraph  1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina  in conjunction with Article 55 - Continued Criminal Offence of the CC F BiH;  the accused Maho ĆUFUROVIĆ and Husein HODŽIĆ  concluded Agreements on admission of guilt for the criminal offense of Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 381, Paragraph 1 of the CC F BiH; the accused Elvira FELIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the criminal offense of Forgery of a Document under Article 373, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the CC F BiH.

19.06.2012. 15:10 An exhumation was carried out in Milići municipality under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. An exhumation was carried out at the location of Kik Sebiočina in Milići municipality resulting with the uncovery of several remains.
