INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIMES AGAINST CIVILIANS AND PRISONERS OF WAR

28.11.2022. 12:14 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Kerim Lučarević, born in Sarajevo in 1958, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ACCUSED DRAGOJA ZMIJANJAC ADMITTED GUILT FOR ATTACK ON OFFICIAL PERSON OF IECS BIH WHILE PERFORMING OFFICIAL DUTIES

24.11.2022. 14:00  The accused Dragoja Zmijanjac (1951), who is serving a prison sentence, concluded plea agreement pursuant to which he was sentenced to a prison sentence of 3 (three) months by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

22.11.2022. 11:04  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Željko Kukec, born in 1961 in Bjelovar, Republic of Croatia, a citizen of the Republic of Croatia.

EXHUMATION OF A MISSING PERSON FROM BANJA LUKA AREA CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF LIVNO

21.11.2022. 14:00  An exhumation and preliminary identification of the missing person D.G., a person from the Banja Luka area, who disappeared in the Livno area in 1995, was completed at the Rapovina cemetery site, in Livno municipality.

CUSTODY MOTION FOR SMUGGLING OF GOODS SUSPECT

18.11.2022. 15:38  Acting within the deadline of 24-hours, the prosecutor on call of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH coordinated with the Border Police of BiH the activities related to the deprivation of liberty of a citizen of the Republic of Serbia suspected of committing the criminal offense of smuggling of goods under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

16.11.2022. 15:00 A delegation of prosecutors and legal officers from the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, led by the Head of the Department and Deputy Chief Prosecutor Ivan Matešić, participated in the Regional Conference of Prosecutors on Cooperation in Prosecuting War Crimes Cases, which was held in Belgrade on the 10 -11 October 2022.
