06.06.2012. 14:58 The German Embassy in Sarajevo and The Registry on Monday signed a 600.000 KM Donation Agreement, in support of the operation of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and the Court of BiH. The donation agreement was signed by Mrs. Christiana Markert, Deputy German Ambassador to BiH, and Mrs. Dubravka Piotrovski, Registrar for the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

DRAGAN GAJIĆ AND SAMIR ETEMOVIĆ ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

04.06.2012. 14:59 Dragan Gajić and Samir Etemović, the accused persons, have entered into a plea agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense of Organized Crime in violation of Article 250(2) and (4), as read with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs in violation of Article 195(1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.

TWO ACCUSED PERSONS ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

01.06.2012. 15:14 Two persons accused of the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs and Abuse of Office or Official Authority have entered into a plea agreement admitting guilt. For these accused persons, suspended prison sentences from one year and six (6) months to two years have been proposed, which will not be executed if these accused persons do not perpetrate another criminal offence within a period of probation of three (3) and four (4) years, respectively.
