EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN ŠEKOVIĆI MUNICIPALITY

15.10.2012. 15:02 An exhumation, which commenced on Friday October 12, 2012, is  being carried out in Šekovići Municipality under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

12.10.2012. 15:39 Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against three persons suspected of the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and pursuant to Article 139 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

04.10.2012. 15:14 The following accused persons: Haris BJELOPOLJAK, Emir HODŽIĆ, Adnan SELIMIĆ and Hasan HUSIĆ concluded agreements on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH - all in conjunction with Article 54 of the same Code.
