Patrick Moon presented the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one Prosecutor, one Investigator, one Legal Officer and a Legal Advisor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH with recognition awards of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for their contribution in the fight against terrorism and involvement in the prosecution of the perpetrators of the October 2011 attack on the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo.    

AN EXHUMATION OF VICTIMS KILLED DURING THE PAST WAR IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN VOGOŠĆA

MOTION FOR CUSTODY AND IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FOR PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE REGIONAL OPERATION CODENAMED

18.04.2013. 10:13 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody and imposure of prohibiting measured on several suspects who were detained on April 12, 2013 in the regional police operation "šetač" /walker/, conducted in several towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the course of which one person was also deprived of liberty in the Republic of Serbia.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SAŠA RADOŠEVIĆ (1975)

16.04.2013. 15:19 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Saša RADOŠEVIĆ charging him with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

CVJETKO MIŠIĆ (1987) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

16.04.2013. 15:16 The accused Cvjetko MIŠIĆ AKA „Cvele“ or „Cekija“ – born on November 30, 1987 in Tuzla, residing in Pelagićevo, BiH citizen - charged with the criminal offense of Smuggling of People under Article 189, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH in conjunction with Article 29 of the CC BiH, concluded a plea agreement.

THE ACCUSED HASAN HUŠIDIĆ (1965) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

15.04.2013. 15:32 The accused Hasan HUŠIDIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

EUROPEAN COMMISSION PUBLISHED THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE STRUCTURAL DIALOGUE MEETING ACKNOWLEDGING THE NEED FOR STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITIES FOR PROSECUTION OF WAR CRIMES IN THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH

15.04.2013. 14:33 Following the meeting held within the framework of the Structured Dialogue on Justice between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina, held in Brčko on April 8-9, 2013 the European Commission has published the recommendations relating to the activities necessary to improve certain segments of the judiciary, including prosecution of war crimes.

12.04.2013. 15:55 Ministry of Justice and Public Administration and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the main partners of the Conference - the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency and the Swedish National Police Board (Program "Development of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia 2012-2014"" organized the regional ministerial conference "Combating against organized crime, corruption and judicial cooperation in the SEE region’’ in Belgrade on April 11-12, 2013.
