14.11.2013. 13:12 Dear all,  In the latest issue of the magazine Slobodna Bosna an article, which list a series of untruths about Mr. Goran Salihović - Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, was published on page 4.     

CHIEF PROSECUTOR VISITED THE EXHUMATION SITE OF A LANDFILL IN BUĆA POTOK SETTLEMENT IN SARAJEVO

13.11.2013. 15:08 The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH Goran Salihović visited the location of the exhumation site at the landfill in the settlement of Buća Potok in Sarajevo, as well as micro-locations situated near the landfill which are being probed as there is information that the sites in question could contain the remains of Serb victims from the area of Sarajevo.  

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST INDIRA KAMERIĆ FOR WAR CRIMES

13.11.2013. 15:04 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Indira Kamerić, born on November 22, 1962 in Bosanski Brod.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO FOREIGN NATIONALS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

13.11.2013. 15:01 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

CHIEF PROSECUTOR VISITS THE EXHUMATION SITES AT TOMAŠICA (PRIJEDOR) AND BUĆA POTOK (SARAJEVO)

12.11.2013. 15:12 The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH Goran Salihović visited the exhumation site of Tomašica near Prijedor, where hundreds of victims from the Prijedor area are being exhumed.      

MILE ĆORIĆ (1955) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

12.11.2013. 15:05 The accused Mile Ćorić aka „Mićo“ – born on September 22, 1955, residing in Široki Brijeg, BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense of Organizing a Group or Association for Smuggling or Distribution of Goods on Which Duties Were Not Paid  under Article 215, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH and the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 53 of the same Code – concluded an agreement on the admission of guilt.

CHIEF PROSECUTOR ATTENDED AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON WAR CRIMES PROCESSING AND LEGACY OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURTS IN THE WORLD

11.11.2013. 15:21 The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH - Goran Salihović participated in an international conference on the legacy of international criminal tribunals for war crimes held in Nuremberg.  

EXCAVATIONS AT THE LOCATION OF TOMAŠICA IN THE PRIJEDOR AREA CONTINUE

REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH ATTENDED THE REGIONAL CONFERENCE ON JUDICIAL REFORM AND THE ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL JUDICIAL ASSOCIATIONS IN BELGRADE
