27.12.2013. 15:26 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Borislav Grahovac, born on August 5, 1952 in Prijedor, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

7 PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY FOR COMMITTING WAR CRIMES IN KUKAVICE A PLACE LOCATED IN ROGATICA MUNICIPALITY

27.12.2013. 15:14 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, SIPA officers apprehended seven persons suspected of having committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians.

PERSON ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING OF PERSONS CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

27.12.2013. 15:12 A person accused of committing the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH concluded an Agreement on Admission of Guilt.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF A VICTIM KILLED DURING THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN SARAJEVO SETTLEMENT - POFALIĆI

27.12.2013. 15:09 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Pofalići, - Novo Sarajevo Municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. A fragment of the remains of one person was unearthed.

27.12.2013. 15:03 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Bašino brdo forest in Fojnica municipality. The remains of one body were unearthed.

26.12.2013. 15:40 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR TWO SUSPECTS

26.12.2013. 15:38 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of the two suspects due to grounded suspicion that the two committed Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph h) in conjunction with Subparagraph a), Article 180, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
