THE ACCUSED VLADIMIR PRODANOVIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

13.02.2014. 11:43 The accused Vladimir Prodanović concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

07.02.2014. 15:10 Chief  Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH - Goran Salihović and Deputy Chief Prosecutor - Božo Mihajlović visited the Republic Prosecutor’s Office of RS in Banja Luka and met with the Chief Prosecutor Mahmut Švraka and Deputy Chief Prosecutor Svetlana Brković, who is also a member of the HJPC BiH.

07.02.2014. 15:07 A joint meeting of the Chief Prosecutor - Goran Salihović, Deputy Chief Prosecutor -Božo Mihajlović and Director of the Indirect Taxation Authority - Miro Džakula was held at the Indirect Taxation Authority building - Regional Centre Banja Luka. The meeting participants discussed ways to intensify cooperation in detection and prosecution of perpetrators of the criminal offense of Tax Evasion.

07.02.2014. 15:03 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Samir Peštalić, charging him with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of BH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NIKOLA MARIĆ (1958) FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

06.02.2014. 15:26 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Nikola Marić charging him with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity.

THE ACCUSED DŽIHAN BUKVIĆ (1946) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

06.02.2014. 15:24 The accused Džihan Bukvić concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

AN ACCUSED PERSON PLEADED GUILTY TO IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

06.02.2014. 15:21 The accused Irfan Ganović - born on July 17, 1970 in Priština, residing in Sarajevo, BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use  of Copyrights  under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH – entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

04.02.2014. 15:17 The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH - Goran Salihović met with the Head of the Council of Europe Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Mary Ann Hennessey.  

OPERATION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND THE RS MOI RESULTED WITH THE SEIZURE OF 67.5 KG OF THE NARCOTIC DRUG MARIJUANA ˝SKUNK˝.13 CITIZENS OF BIH AND MONTENEGRO DETAINED. THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH REQUESTED REMAND IN CUSTODY FOR 7 PERSONS.

03.02.2014. 15:12 In a coordinated operation carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Police Officers of the RS MoI have, in cooperation with Police Officers of the Cantonal Ministries of Interior of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, found and seized a  delivery of approximately 67.5 kg of narcotic drug Marijuana ˝Skunk˝.
