In the case conducted with partner institutions of the Republic of Austria, the accused Dalibor Mačak (1981) from Banja Luka was sentenced by the Court of BiH to eight years in prison.  

MORTAL REMAINS FOUND DURING EXHUMATION IN ROGATICA

An exhumation is being carried out at the Pribošijevići - Rogatica site, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and pursuant to an order issued by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exhumation is being coordinated by an Investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes, under the supervision of the Prosecutor in charge of the case.

SMUGGLED CIGARETTES IN THE VALUE OF BAM 50,000 SEIZED

The duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been informed by the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina that a larger quantity of cigarettes, namely 9000 packs without appropriate excise stamps was found with the suspected driver, who is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is suspected of the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products under Article 210a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The estimated market value of cigarettes is BAM 50,000.
