FOLLOWING PLEA AGREEMENT, PERSON ACCUSED OF CORRUPTION CRIMES SENTENCED TO ONE YEAR IN PRISON

05.01.2022. 15:02 The accused Mirsen Ćano, born in 1975, employed as a customs officer of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Customs Office in Velika Kladuša, signed a Plea Agreement admitting his guilt and was subsequently sentenced to imprisonment for a term of one (1) year by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

09.12.2021. 10:57  Acting on the order of the Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes, in the area of Zvornik and Rogatica, SIPA officers arrested two persons suspected of crimes against humanity committed in Lješevo area - Ilijaš municipality in June 1992.
