03.12.2021. 12:22  Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against:

ORGANIZED CRIME SUSPECT WITHIN THE OPERATION

03.12.2021. 12:08  After several days on the run, Petar Dukić (1980), suspected of international organized crime and illicit drug trafficking, surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, after which the Assigned Prosecutor ordered the suspect’s deprivation of liberty.

30.11.2021. 10:30  Acting pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA arrested 9 persons suspected of crimes against humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the area of Bosanski Novi/Novi Grad and the surrounding area.

INDICTMENT ISSUED IN HIGH CORRUPTION CASE AGAINST FORMER MINISTER OF DEFENSE OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

26.11.2021. 10:10  Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against: Selmo Cikotić, born in 1964 in Ivangrad, Montenegro, a citizen of BiH.

CUSTODY MOTION FOR TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED OF ILLICIT INTERNATIONAL TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

24.11.2021. 15:32 The Assigned Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, following an international operation and deprivation of liberty of persons suspected of the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the BiH Criminal Code, questioned the suspects and decided to submit a motion for custody for two persons.
