MEETING OF TOP OFFICIALS OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND THE OFFICE OF THE WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR OF SERBIA

23.11.2021. 13:05  A working meeting was held in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH between the acting Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, Head of the War Crimes Department Ozrenka Nesković, Head of the Department Sanja Jukić and the colleagues from the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of Serbia, Chief Prosecutor Snežana Stanojković and Prosecutors Mioljub Vitorović and Vasilije Seratlić.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRADE IN EXCISE PRODUCTS

18.11.2021. 13:05 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Srđan Adžić, born in 1995 in the municipality of Gacko, a citizen of BiH. 

ACCUSED PLEAD GUILTY FOR ORGANISED MIGRANT SMUGGLING

17.11.2021. 13:21 The accused Hasib Mehić (1969) and Senail Miskić (1991), in the presence of their lawyers, fully pleaded guilty to the criminal offences of organising a group of people or an association to commit the criminal offence of Smuggling of Migrants under Article 189a in conjunction with the criminal offence of Smuggling of People under Article 189 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

CUSTODY MOTION FOR 6 PERSONS SUSPECTED OF ORGANIZED INTERNATIONAL CRIME AND ILLEGAL DRUG TRAFFICKING

CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED OF COUNTERFEITING MONEY

12.11.2021. 14:30 Having carried out an operation in which two persons were deprived of liberty as they are suspected of putting into circulation of a larger quantity of counterfeit euro banknotes, the duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina questioned the suspects and decided to put forward a motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order custody.

PERSON ACCUSED OF WAR CRIMES IN THE AREA OF VLASENICA AND MILIĆI CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENT

12.11.2021. 12:54 VIŠKOVIĆ Goran aka "Vjetar" (1954), accused of committing the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH directed against the non-Serb civilian population in the municipalities of Vlasenica and Milići, pleaded guilty, in presence of his attorney, to war crimes committed from April 1992 to end of 1993.

12.11.2021. 12:01 A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will, within a period provided for by law, send a motion for ordering custody for the suspect who is under investigation in connection with the seizure of large quantities of cigarettes in the value of about BAM 1.3 million.
