INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIMES IN THE DERVENTA AREA

18.07.2022. 12:08 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against Andrija Bjelošević, born in 1954 in Derventa.

15.07.2022. 15:20  Acting pursuant to the order of the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, SIPA police officers, with the support of the ITA BiH as well as the entity police agencies, carried out operations codenamed "Derby" and "Corset", aimed at suppressing organized crime, connected with illicit trade, production and sale of excise products i.e. cigarettes, tobacco and tobacco products in large quantities.

CUSTODY MOTION FOR THREE SUSPECTS IN THE OPERATION CODENAMED “CUT”

14.07.2022. 15:41 After interviewing the suspects in the presence of their lawyers, the prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in charge of the case will send a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order impose custody on all three suspects deprived of their freedom in the operation codenamed “Rez” /Cut/.

14.07.2022. 09:28 An investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office coordinated the process of exhumation and search for the remains of missing persons at the site of Planinčići, Zvornik municipality.

14.07.2022. 09:16 A prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against - NEDIM BUKVIĆ, born in 1986 in Doboj, with criminal record, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

MOTION TO EXTEND CUSTODY FOR SUSPECTS IN THE CASE CODENAMED “IRA”

13.07.2022. 14:28 The prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption in charge of the case submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to extend custody for three months for the suspects Željko Radovanović and Igor Vilotić.
