PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH FILED INDICTMENT AGAINST MARKO PLAVŠIĆ AND OTHERS FOR CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF OBSTRUCTING OF JUSTICE

24.07.2025. 12:29 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an indictment against Marko Plavšić, born in 1989 in Banja Luka, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ljuban Vuković, born in 1958 in Prijakovci, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, who are charged that on 25 February 2025 in Banja Luka, immediately before the date the judgment in case S1 2 K 046070 23 K (Milorad Dodik et al.) was to be pronounced, with the aim of intimidation, they sent threats to the judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sena Uzunović, via social media in a publicly available video, in order to prevent her from performing official actions of conducting the main trial in the phase of public pronouncement and publication of the judgment in the criminal case pending before the Court of BiH.

16.07.2025. 11:37 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Fahrudin Gačanović *, born in 1979 in Sarajevo, a police officer of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, temporarily assigned to the BiH Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies.

FIRST JUDGMENT DELIVERED AFTER TRIAL IN CASE WITH EVIDENCE DERIVED FROM SKY ECC AND ANOM APPLICATIONS

10.07.2025. 15:29 After the filing of an indictment and the conducted main trial in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the first judgment was delivered in the cases with evidence from the SKY and Anom applications.

05.07.2025. 08:27 On 4 July 2025, suspect Milorad Dodik arrived at the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina of his free own will, accompanied by his defense counsel, in order to be questioned in his capacity as a suspect in an investigation into the grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Attack on Constitutional Order under Article 156(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC BiH).

02.07.2025. 10:49 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ranko Debevec* (1964), Osman Mehmedagić* (1962) and Milisav Pijuk* (1984), who are accused of committing the criminal offenses listed in 8 counts of the indictment, during 2020 in their respective capacities as President of the Court of BiH, Director of BiH Intelligence and Security Agency and employee of the Court of BiH.
