ON APRIL 19, 2012 THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH ATTENDED A ROUNDTABLE ON PROSECUTION OF WAR CRIMES, ORGANIZED BY THE OSCE MISSION IN BIH IN SREBRENICA

24.04.2012. 16:02 Representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH have presented on the structure of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the Special Department for War Crimes, the previous work on war crimes committed in BiH, as well as difficulties that this institution faces in its work on war crimes cases to the representatives of victims associations.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST R.K.-J. (1977)

24.04.2012. 15:02 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against R.K.-J. born on February 6, 1977 in Zenica, residing in Tuzla, BiH citizen, charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR THE TERRORIST ATTACK ON THE U.S. EMBASSY IN SARAJEVO

24.04.2012. 14:56 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons charging them with the preparation and execution of a terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo, committed on October 28, 2011.

EXHUMATION COMPLETED AT THE CITY CEMETERY „LAV“ IN SARAJEVO

18.04.2012. 14:36 On April 18, 2012 at the city cemetery „Lav“ an exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, resulting with the uncovery of the remains of two persons. The identity of the victims shall be established through subsequent analysis.

SEVERAL PERSONS FROM VELIKA KLADUŠA AND CAZIN APPREHENDED AND QUESTIONED UPON THE ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

18.04.2012. 12:46 As ordered by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, that is, by a Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, authorized police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, Banja Luka Regional Office,  have apprehended and questioned several persons from Velika Kladuša and Cazin, suspected of crimes of Trafficking in Persons and International Procuring in Prostitution, as referred to in the Criminal Code of BiH, as well as with the crime of Forced and Illegal Termination of Pregnancy.

INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ZEMIR KOVAČEVIĆ (1966)

18.04.2012. 09:00 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against Zemir Kovačević, charged with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians, as referred to in Article 173(1),(a),(c),(e) and (f), in conjunction with Article 29 and Article 180(1) of the Criminal Code of BiH.

RE-EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF TEОČAK MUNICIPALITY

18.04.2012. 08:57 A re-exhumation was carried out at the location of Šehidsko mezarje (Shaheed cemetery) in Teočak municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The remains of 4 persons were re-exhumed. The identity of the victims shall be established through subsequent analysis.

INDICTMENT AGAINST HARIS PEZO (1970) FILED

18.04.2012. 08:48 Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against Haris Pezo, born on 20 November 1970 in Prijedor, resident of Sarajevo, citizen of BiH, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243(1) of the CC BiH.  

INDICTMENT FILED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

18.04.2012. 08:45 Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against I.Č., born on 01 July 1982 in Novi Grad- Bosanski Novi, where he also resides, citizen of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

18.04.2012. 08:40 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:
-        Dejan Stešević, born on March 21, 1985 in Podgorica, Montenegro, residing in Danilovgrad, a citizen of Montenegro, and
-        Zeljko GORANOVIĆ, born on September 26, 1983 in Nikšić in Montenegro, where he resides, a citizen of Montenegro.
