TWO PERSONS ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING OF GOODS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

06.09.2012. 15:16 The following two persons, accused of smuggling of goods, entered into plea agreements with the Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office: Dalibor PRODANOVIĆ AKA „Dado“, born on October 15, 1977 in Bijeljina where he resides, citizen of BiH, and Goran BJELCANOVIĆ AKA „Bjeli“, born on May, 1967 in Bijeljina where he resides, citizen of BiH.

MOTION FOR CUSTODY FILED FOR FOUR SUSPECTS WITHIN THE "TITAN" OPERATION

05.09.2012. 15:51 The Assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, having questioned the suspects, filed a motion to remand all 4 persons, that the RS MoI arrested within the scope of the operation code-named "Titan" and handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, into custody.

ENVER OKANOVIĆ, MEHMED LIBIĆ AND ASMIR MAŠIĆ CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

05.09.2012. 15:15 The accused persons Enver Okanović, Mehmed Libić and Asmir Mašić, concluded agreements on admission of guilt for the criminal offenses committed within the case Vs. Ramo Brkić et al. (operation code-named Kastel).

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BEŠLIJA AKIF (1966)

04.09.2012. 15:39 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against BEŠLIJA Akif, charging him with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of BiH.  

TWO PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

04.09.2012. 15:30 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH early this morning two persons with the initials A.M. (1965) and T.LJ. (1956), suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity were deprived of liberty in the Višegrad area. Police Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA handled the deprivation of liberty per order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH AND THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR OF RS CARRIED OUT AN OPERATION CODENAMED "TITAN"

04.09.2012. 15:17 During the course of the operation a number of persons were deprived of liberty and detained and several locations in Bijeljina and Foča were searched. The suspects shall be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH within the legal deadline.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

03.09.2012. 15:12 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Vildana FAZLIBEGOVIĆ, charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIRSAD HASANOVIĆ (1975)

03.09.2012. 15:10 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mirsad HASANOVIĆ, AKA "Neno" - born on September 13, 1975 in Bijelo Polje, Republic of Montenegro, residing in Sarajevo, with prior convictions, a citizen of the Republic of Montenegro - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALEKSANDAR VUČIČEVIĆ (1976)

31.08.2012. 15:02 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Aleksandar VUČIČEVIĆ - born on December 29, 1976 in Sarajevo, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyright under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH", no.63/10).

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN BRATUNAC MUNICIPALITY

31.08.2012. 15:00 At the location of Hukino Brdo – Glogova, on the territory of Bratunac municipality, an exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, resulting with the unearthing of the remains of one person - a war crimes victim killed in 1992.
