INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

05.07.2012. 15:31 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office BiH issued an indictment against Denis Agičić - born on August 23, 1980 in Cazin, where he resides, a citizen of BiH - for Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

TWO ACCUSED PERSONS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

05.07.2012. 15:27 Two persons accused of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military Equipment and Dual Use Products concluded agreements on admission of guilt. One year imprisonment sentence is sought for each of the accused persons. The following persons entered into a plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office:

04.07.2012. 15:11 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Rade Višnjić, charging him with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MARIJAN BAOTIĆ (1956) DUE TO FRAUD IN OFFICE

29.06.2012. 14:33 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Marijan BAOTIĆ - born on May 14, 1956 in Orašje municipality, where he resides, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense Fraud in Office under Article 222, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST LEJLA BARUT (1972)

28.06.2012. 14:50 Department III Prosecutor issued an indictment against Lejla BARUT - born on May 26, 1972 in Visoko, where she resides, citizen of BiH; charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN ŠEKOVIĆI MUNICIPALITY

26.06.2012. 14:54 An exhumation was carried out in Šekovići municipality under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

COORDINATING MEETING OF THE BIH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY DIRECTORS, THE CHIEF PROSECUTOR AND THE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY OF SECURITY OF BIH WAS HELD IN SARAJEVO

26.06.2012. 14:50 The coordinating meeting of the BiH Law Enforcement Agency Directors and the Chief Prosecutor was organized by the European Union Police Mission (EUPM) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In lieiu of the  completion of the mandate of EUPM in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the coordinating meeting participants expressed their gratitude to EUPM for all the efforts and activities the Mission has spent during the past nine years to help the police structures in the post-Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina.
