10.04.2013. 14:53 The accused Mustafa DEMIROVIĆ concluded an Agreement on Admission of Guilt for the committed criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 4 of the CC BiH in conjunction with the criminal offence of Concealing under Article 300, Paragraph 1 and the criminal offense of Forgery of a Document under Article 373, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1, all in conjunction with the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 383, Paragraph 1 of the CC FBiH.

THE ACCUSED RADIŠA VASIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

10.04.2013. 14:50 The accused Radiša VASIĆ concluded an Agreement on Admission of Guilt for the committed criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH as well as the criminal offense of Unauthorized Production and Sale of Intoxicating Drugs under Article 224, Paragraph 1 of the  CC RS.

AN EXHUMATION THAT COMMENCED ON FRIDAY AT THE LOCATION OF VRACA IN SARAJEVO CONTINUED

09.04.2013. 15:01 The exhumation process that commenced at the location of Vraca - Novo Sarajevo municipality continued under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. Several incomplete remains were unearthed during the exhumation that originally commenced on Friday.

08.04.2013. 15:00 The accused Davor JURKOVIĆ concluded an Agreement on Admission of Guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph  2, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

AN EXHUMATION COMMENCED AT VRACA IN SARAJEVO

08.04.2013. 14:58 An exhumation commenced at the location of Vraca - Novo Sarajevo municipality, under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. Incomplete remains were unearthed and the exhumation shall continue on Monday.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR THREE PERSONS

05.04.2013. 15:21 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand three persons, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with Smuggling of Persons under Article 189 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

05.04.2013. 15:19 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Senada DELIĆ - born on May 29, 1959 in Sarajevo, BiH citizen - charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 24, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH" no.63/10).
