THE ACCUSED ADIS HASANAGIĆ (1979) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

21.08.2013. 15:15 Adis HASANAGIĆ – born on July 25, 1979 in Sarajevo where he resides, BiH citizen – charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

THE ACCUSED ADMIR PAŠIĆ (1992) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

21.08.2013. 14:51 The accused Admir PAŠIĆ concluded an Agreement on Admission of Guilt for the criminal offense of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offenses under Article 249, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST AVDO KAPIČIĆ (1974)

20.08.2013. 13:01 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Avdo Kapičić - born on July 14, 1974 in Sarajevo, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST M.G. (1985)

16.08.2013. 15:09 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against M.G. (1985) from Tuzla, with prior convictions, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIROSLAV PERIŠIĆ (1975)

16.08.2013. 15:06 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Miroslav PERIŠIĆ - born on  February 7, 1975 in Bihać, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

SUSPECT ALEKSANDAR CVETKOVIĆ EXTRADITED FROM ISRAEL TO BIH JUDICIARY

16.08.2013. 08:16 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH shall request that the suspect be remanded in custody. The suspect will soon be indicted for the criminal offence of Genocide.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILANKA TAVRA (1965)

16.08.2013. 08:12 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Milanka Tavra charging her with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243 Paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

PROHIBITING MEASURES REQUESTED FOR THE SUSPECT K.A. DETAINED WITHIN THE OPERATION "LUTKA"

13.08.2013. 15:05 Following the questioning of the suspect K.A. (1973) who was arrested by SIPA officers and handed over to the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the Assigned Prosecutor forwarded a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina requesting imposure of prohibiting measures for the aforementioned suspect.

VALUABLE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT DONATED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION

09.08.2013. 15:33 European Union Delegation to BiH, headed by Ambassador Peter Sorensen, gave a valuable donation from the IPA funds 2010 to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH through the Support to the judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina project i.e. two servers and other digital and computer equipment.
