INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SIX PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

18.09.2013. 15:25 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against six persons charging the with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

STANKO JANJUZ (1953) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

17.09.2013. 15:03 Stanko JANJUZ - born on June 17, 1953 in Bosanska/Kozarska Dubica municipality where he resides, BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense under Article 214, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 of the CC BiH -  entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

EXHUMATION COMPLETED AT ZLATIŠTE IN SARAJEVO

16.09.2013. 14:59 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Zlatište in Istočni Stari Grad Municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. The remains of one person were unearthed at this location.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR TWO PERSONS AND MOTION FOR IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FILED FOR THE SIX PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE OPERATION CODENAMED "DOKER"

13.09.2013. 14:58 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion for remand in custody of two persons with the Court of BiH and a motion for imposure of prohibiting measures for six persons suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under  Article 214 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATION AT THE LOCATION OF TOMAŠICA, NEAR PRIJEDOR CONTINUES. PRECISE DIMENSION OF THE MASS GRAVE SITE IS BEING DETERMINED PRIOR TO EXHUMATION OF INDIVIDUAL MORTAL REMAINS

11.09.2013. 15:10 Intensive efforts are being invested in the field aiming to determine the precise size of the mass grave but it safe to assume that it is a mass grave of large dimensions with at least 10 m in length.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VJEKOSLAV ŠALIĆ FOR AN ASSAULT ON AN OFFICIAL PERSON WHILE ON DUTY

11.09.2013. 15:03 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office issued an indictment against Vjekoslav Šalić aka "Vejko" - born on July 12, 1974 in Rogatica, residing in Zvornik, with prior convictions, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Preventing an Official Person in the Exercise of Official Duty under Article 241a Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

10.09.2013. 15:03 Pursuant to the Order of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, a joint police action, ‘Doker’, was conducted involving several dozen of BiH Border Police and SIPA officers in the field, as ordered by the Prosecutor.  

MASS GRAVE SITE WITH A LARGE NUMBER OF VICTIMS DISCOVERED AT THE LOCATION OF TOMAŠICA, NEAR PRIJEDOR. FIRST ESTIMATES SAY THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST MASS GRAVES UNCOVERED IN BOSANSKA KRAJINA IN THE LAST 10 YEARS

06.09.2013. 15:29 During the exhumation carried out on request of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH at the location of Tomašica, near Prijedor a mass grave site containing a large number of mortal remains was discovered.
