26.12.2013. 15:40 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR TWO SUSPECTS

26.12.2013. 15:38 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of the two suspects due to grounded suspicion that the two committed Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph h) in conjunction with Subparagraph a), Article 180, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST LUKA MAJSTOROVIĆ (1964)

26.12.2013. 15:04 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Luka Majstorović, charging him with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c) in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

TWO PERSONS SUSPECTED OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

24.12.2013. 15:11 By order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH two persons suspected of committing Crimes against Humanity in 1992 in Srebrenica were deprived of liberty. Police Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency carried out the arrests by order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
