THE ACCUSED ALEKSANDAR LUČIĆ (1982) ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

17.01.2014. 15:57 The accused Aleksandar Lučić entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, Paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALEKSANDAR ĐOKANOVIĆ (1985) FOR PREVENTING OFFICIAL PERSON IN THE EXERCISE OF OFFICIAL DUTY

17.01.2014. 15:51 Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Aleksandar Đokanović, born on 27 November 1985 in Ljubovija in the Republic of Serbia, resident of Bratunac Municipality, citizen of BiH, charged with the commission of the criminal offense of Preventing Official Person in the Exercise of Official Duty, as referred to in Article 241a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST G. M. (1958) FOR ABUSE OF OFFICE OR OFFICIAL AUTHORITY AND DISCLOSURE OF SECRET DATA

17.01.2014. 15:48 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against G. M. (1958) from Sarajevo, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, charged with the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority, as referred to in Article 220 of the Criminal Code of BiH and the criminal offense of Disclosure of Secret Data, as referred to in Article 164 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all in conjunction with Article 53 and Article 54 of the same Code.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIRKO ŠAKIĆ (1960)

17.01.2014. 15:45 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Mirko Šakić,   charged with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud, as referred to in Article 210 of the Criminal Code of BiH.   

APPEAL TO THE ACQUITTAL VERDICT OF THE COURT OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA OF 27 DECEMBER 2013 IN THE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THE ACCUSED OSMAN BRKAN FILED

17.01.2014. 15:41 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an Appeal to the Verdict acquitting Osman Brkan for the war crimes committed in the territory of Konjic Municipality.

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST A BRITISH CITIZEN

17.01.2014. 15:39 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has put forward a Motion for Custody with the Court of BiH against a British citizen suspected of the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

A MOTION FOR CUSTODY FILED AGAINST TWO SUSPECTS

17.01.2014. 15:01 A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH put forward a Motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against two suspects for whom there is a grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, as referred to in Article 172, Paragraph 1, Item (h) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
