EXHUMATION OF MORTAL REMAINS OF A VICTIM FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN ILIDŽA MUNICIPALITY

03.02.2014. 15:05 At the site of Rakovica- Zenik, in Ilidža Municipality, an exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and incomplete mortal remains of one person were found.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NEĐELJKO KULJIĆ AND ŽELJKO ILIĆ

30.01.2014. 15:36 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against two persons charged with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity, as referred to in Article 172, Paragraph 1, item (h) in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH, all in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph (1) of the same Code.

REACTION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH FOLLOWING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SERBIAN JUDICIARY

30.01.2014. 15:32 After the War Crimes Department of the High Court in Belgrade had initiated activities pertaining to issuing warrants for the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the basis of the criminal report of the Serbian Ministry of the Interior dating from 2011, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH reacted promptly and had talks with the colleagues from the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia to discuss the possibilities for an exchange of information and evidence in this case pursuant to the Protocol on Cooperation in Prosecution of Perpetrators of War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide, in order to possibly form a case within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EIGHT PRESONS FOR ORGANIZED CRIME AND INTERNATIONAL SMUGGLING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

29.01.2014. 15:03 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an Indictment against eight (8) persons charged with organized crime and international smuggling of several tens of kilograms of the Skunk Marijuana narcotic drug.

PERSON ACCUSED OF TAX EVASION AND CUSTOMS FRAUD PLED GUILTY. APPROXIMATELY BAM 200,000 WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BUDGET OF BIH

28.01.2014. 15:16 The accused Miran Honing and the legal person of R-Door Banja Luka entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the criminal offenses of Tax Evasion and Customs Fraud.

28.01.2014. 15:13 At the site of Pjeskovo, above the village of Đulići, at the local road between the village of Đulići and the village of Vlajići in the Teslić Municipality, an exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

28.01.2014. 15:00 After months of investigation, a Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an Indictment against nineteen (19) persons charged with Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250 of the BiH CC, in conjunction with Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, and Money Laundering, as referred to in Article 209 of the BiH CC.
