THE ACCUSED ODISEJ FOFILOS CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

05.06.2014. 15:02 The accused Odisej Fofilos concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

04.06.2014. 15:10 By order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes SIPA officers arrested the suspect Blagoje Vlačić - born  on April 16, 1970 in Krivača, Živinice municipality, residing in Zvornik -  in the Zvornik area.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FOR FOUR CUSTOMS OFFICERS AND IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FOR ELEVEN PERSONS SUSPECTED OF CORRUPTION OFFENSES FILED

04.06.2014. 15:08 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption  within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of four persons suspected of committing criminal offenses of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offenses (Article 249 of the CC BiH), Abuse of Office or Authority (Article 220 of the CC BiH), Accepting  Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits (Article 217 of the CC BiH), and the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods (Article 214 of the CC BiH).

EXHUMATION OF THE VICTIMS FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN ROGATICA MUNICIPALITY

27.05.2014. 15:09 At the site of Žepa- Slap, in the Municipality of Rogatica, an exhumation was carried out, which lasted for two days, and skeletal remains of at least one person were found.
