02.07.2014. 15:12 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina proposing custody against five suspects and prohibiting measures against three persons, for whom there is a grounded suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offence of Tax Evasion or Fraud, as referred to in Article 210, the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority, as referred to in Article 220 and the criminal offense of Illegal Interceding, as referred to in Article 219 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

EXHUMATION OF THE BODIES OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN GORAŽDE MUNICIPALITY

02.07.2014. 15:08 At the site of Vitkovići, in the Municipality of Goražde, an exhumation has been carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and complete mortal remains of one person have been exhumed, as well as incomplete mortal remains of another person.

26.06.2014. 11:14 The Chief Prosecutor of  the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Goran Salihović and his associates met with the representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Mr. Robert Thomson, resident legal advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Mr. Ante Miliša, assistant in the Political Department and discussed the possibilities and modalities of activities that  judicial and law enforcement agencies can undertake in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to combat human trafficking more effectively and to protect victims of such criminal offenses.
