22.12.2014. 15:52 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption has issued an Indictment against thirteen (13) persons charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250, Paragraph 3, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all that in conjunction with Article 54 of the same Code.

22.12.2014. 15:50 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has submitted a Motion with the Preliminary Proceedings Judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking that the measure od custody be ordered against 10 persons due to the existence of a grounded suspicion that they committed war crimes against Bosniak victims in the area of Zvornik, in 1992.
