EIGHT SUSPECTS OF WAR CRIMES DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE AREA OF HERZEGOVINA, UPON THE ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR´S OFFICE

18.06.2015. 15:10 Acting upon the order of the Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor´s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) carried out an action in the territory of Herzegovina, mostly in the area of Mostar, Čitluk and Ljubuški, which resulted in depriving the following suspects of their liberty:

17.06.2015. 15:07 Early this morning in the territory of Prijedor, acting upon the order of the Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived the following suspects of their liberty:

17.06.2015. 14:59 Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking that prohibiting measures be ordered against four persons suspected of war crimes committed in the territory of the Municipality of Čapljina.

15.06.2015. 08:33 This morning, acting upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the instructions given by the assigned Prosecutor, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived four persons of their liberty, as these persons are suspected to have committed the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians in the territory of the Municipality of Čapljina.

INCOMPLETE MORTAL REMAINS OF SEVERAL PERSONS FOUND DURING THE EXHUMATION IN BRATUNAC

10.06.2015. 08:45 At the location of Bokčkin Potok near Bratunac, an exhumation was carried out upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exhumation was supervised and coordinated by the assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS IN THE BENELUX CASE. THE ACCUSED PERSONS ARE CHARGED WITH INTERNATIONAL SMUGGLING OF AN EXPLOSIVE DEVICE.

10.06.2015. 08:40 Prosecutor from the Section for Terrorism of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment in the case codenamed Benelux. The following persons have been accused:

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MUŠANOVIĆ EDIN (1985) FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

29.05.2015. 15:50 A Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutors Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mušanović Edin aka Edo, born on May 2, 1985 in Brčko, where he resides, with prior convictions, BiH citizen.

COUNTER TERRORISM OPERATIVE GROUP MEETING HELD AT THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH
