INDICTMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL PROCURING IN PROSTITUTION AND MONEY LAUNDERING ISSUED IN THE ‘TWINS 1’ CASE

04.09.2017. 12:53 An Indictment was issued against three (3) persons, as part of the case codenamed ‘TWINS 1’. These accused persons are charged with acquiring substantial unlawful material gain.

EXHUMATION COMPLETED IN BRATUNAC MUNICIPALITY

31.08.2017. 13:17 At the locations of Kameničko Brdo and Glogova-Tatar, in Bratunac Municipality, the process of exhumation/clearing up of the terrain was completed at two separate sites and incomplete mortal remains of at least three persons and a complete skeleton of one person were found.  The identity of the victims whose mortal remains were found will be determined in a subsequent procedure.

31.08.2017. 11:34 On 30 August at 20:30 a meeting was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the following parties were present: Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH Gordana Tadić, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Ozrenka Nešković, Prosecutor Ćazim Hasanspahić and the heads of police and security agencies: Deputy Director of SIPA Đuro Knežević, Deputy Director of ISA BiH Trifko Buha and Deputy Director of DCPB BiH Mile Jurić.

23.08.2017. 15:41 A meeting between Mrs. Gordana Tadić, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Head of the OSCE Mission, Ambassador Jonathan Moore, was held on the premises of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

EXHUMATION COMPLETED IN VLASENICA MUNICIPALITY; MORTAL REMAINS OF ONE PERSON FOUND

23.08.2017. 12:57 At the location of Durakovići, in the area of Vlasenica Municipality, the exhumation process was completed and a bone was found, which presumably belongs to a victim from the past war.
