EXHUMATION AT POTPEĆINE GRAVE SITE COMPLETED; IN THE PAST DAYS, MORTAL REMAINS OF ELEVEN VICTIMS FOUND, BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE TO CONTINUE WITH INTENSIVE ACTIVITIES AT FINDING MISSING PERSONS

15.09.2017. 15:24 At the location of Potpećine grave site, in Vlasenica Municipality, an exhumation process has been completed, and mortal remains of eleven (11) victims were exhumed in the past few days, including the mortal remains of two women with parts of clothes and jewellery found with them.

15.09.2017. 15:21 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following person:

MEASURE OF CUSTODY AGAINST FIVE SUSPECTS AND PROHIBITING MEASURES AGAINST SIX SUSPECTS PROPOSED WITHIN THE ACTION CODENAMED ‘DARDANELLES’

14.09.2017. 15:45 After the questioning of the suspects, the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption in charge of the case will put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking the measure of custody to be ordered against five of the suspects and prohibiting measures to be ordered against six of the suspects, due to the commission of the criminal offense of Organising a Group or an Association for the Purpose of Perpetration of the Criminal Offence of Smuggling of Illegal Migrants, as referred to in Article 189a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

MORTAL REMAINS OF ONE PERSON EXHUMED IN SREBRENICA AREA

11.09.2017. 14:13 At the location of Tihnića Brdo, in Srebrenica Municipality, an exhumation process is being conducted, during which complete mortal remains of one person have been found.

EXHUMATION COMMENCED AT THE LOCATION OF KORIĆANSKE STIJENE

08.09.2017. 15:29 Today, an exhumation process commenced in the wider region of Korićanske Stijene, on Mount Vlašić, upon the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, respectfully, in search for the mortal remains of the victims killed at Korićanske Stijene, on 21 August 1992.
