INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EMIR TUKULJ, EMPLOYEE OF CUSTOMS, FOR ABUSE OF OFFICE OR OFFICIAL AUTHORITY

11.10.2017. 15:03 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Emir Tukulj, born in 1964 in Orašje, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an official of the ITA BiH, employed as customs officer - associate at BP Orašje.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RADOMIR ŠUŠNJAR FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE AREA OF VIŠEGRAD

06.10.2017. 15:12 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Radomir Šušnjar aka Lalco, born in 1955 in Sase, in Višegrad Municipality, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The accused is expected to be extradited from the Republic of France.
