JOINT STATEMENT BY NATIONAL WAR CRIMES PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES AND UN MECHANISM CHIEF PROSECUTOR FOLLOWING REGIONAL CONFERENCE

27.05.2019. 15:38 From 20 to 22 May, high-level delegations from the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of BiH, the Prosecutor’s Office of Brčko District, the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Una-Sana Canton, the State Attorney’s Office and specialized county prosecutor’s offices of Croatia, the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro, the War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office of Serbia and the UN Mechanism Office of the Prosecutor participated in the Regional Conference of War Crimes Prosecutors, held in Belgrade, Serbia, convened by the War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office of Serbia and UNDP in partnership with the United Kingdom and Italy.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY COMMITTED IN 1992 IN BOSANSKI NOVI MUNICIPALITY

24.05.2019. 09:12 On 23 May at around 15:25 hours, a call was made to the official telephone number of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the telephone number from the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany, by an unknown male person who made threats to throw a bomb and kill everyone at the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the BiH HJPC and to attack the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Gordana Tadić.
